All these drawings are out of my head. I have a particular idea of what each position needs to be to tell the story. I prefer to paint and draw from life directly however the "liveliness" of a drawing done from a live posed model and even the photographs that I take of people in motion don't have exactly what I want compared to the "creations" I come up with. I'm trying to marry the two disciplines The plein air painting and classic set pice design.
