At the Vineyard

I went to paint the growing grapes at the Haight Vineyard, but when my eye was caught by a little scene such as this one, my plan changed immediately. The sunlight full on the trees in the distance seen at this angle in the foreground near the cool bark of the tree in shadow was quite exciting. A Fresh Study.
